Ndamukong Suh has won each award that he has been up for so far with just the Heisman Trophy to go and Nebraska picked up a couple of very good commitments this week. Lionel Stokes has made the most of his chances at Copiah-Lincoln Community College. After a solid career on the prep level at East Marion High School, Stokes enrolled at Co-Lin where he grew as a player on and off the field. Now that his time in Wesson is over, Lionel will be moving on to the senior college level. He took his first official visit last weekend after the JuCo All Star game. Full Story

The Nebraska staff picked up two huge pieces to the 2010 recruiting class. The Huskers have been looking for offensive tackle help, and scoring the junior college ranks to some extent, as well as trying to find a physical specimen to replace Phillip Dillard at WILL linebacker. There was a big surprise for Husker fans in the middle of last week when it was discovered by Scott Eklund and JCFootball.com that a trio of Fort Scott (Kans.) players, including one committed to LSU, were officially visiting Nebraska this past weekend. A real relationship seems to be budding between Nebraska and Fort Scott, but there won’t be a lot of comments on the visits for a while. Full Story
